1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on Bhaggo, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Bhaggo platform, including registered players, visitors, and anyone who accesses any part of the bhaggo.one website or the Bhaggo Android app.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Bhaggo. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

Bhaggo reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Bhaggo platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use Bhaggo, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Bhaggo takes underage gambling seriously and will request identity verification documents from any player where age is in question. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing Bhaggo from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your location before registering.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• Self-exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order from Bhaggo or any other gambling platform that covers Bhaggo's services.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one Bhaggo account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, Bhaggo reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• Verification: Bhaggo may require you to verify your identity before processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a national ID card, passport, or driving licence.
• Account updates: If any of your registration details change, you must update your account information promptly. You can do this through your account settings or by contacting Bhaggo support.
• Account sharing: Your Bhaggo account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account.

4 Deposits

Bhaggo accepts deposits via bKash and Nagad. These are the primary payment methods supported on the platform and are designed to make depositing as straightforward as possible for players in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Processing time: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your Bhaggo account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact Bhaggo support with your transaction reference number.
• Deposit limits: Players may set personal deposit limits on their accounts as part of Bhaggo's responsible gaming tools. Once a limit is set, it can only be reduced immediately — increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Declined deposits: Bhaggo is not responsible for deposits that are declined by your payment provider. If a deposit is declined, please contact your bKash or Nagad provider directly.
• Funds source: All funds deposited into your Bhaggo account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Bhaggo account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all players. Bhaggo does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 hours during business hours. In some cases, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Verification requirement: Your first withdrawal may require identity verification. Please ensure your account documents are submitted and approved to avoid delays.
• Wagering requirement: Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw while a wagering requirement is active will result in the bonus being voided.
• Withdrawal limits: Maximum withdrawal amounts may apply. Current limits are displayed in your account dashboard.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Bhaggo offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. By claiming any bonus on Bhaggo, you agree to the applicable bonus terms.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion details. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳500 bonus means you must wager ৳10,000 before the bonus funds become withdrawable.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and card games may contribute at a lower rate. Eligible games and contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your Bhaggo account at a time. You cannot claim a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active.
• Abuse: Bhaggo reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts where bonus abuse is suspected. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations.

7 Gameplay & Fair Play

All games available on Bhaggo use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed on game pages are accurate and reflect the long-term statistical return of each game. Bhaggo does not manipulate game outcomes.

Players are expected to engage with games in good faith and in accordance with the rules of each game. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with Bhaggo's game software or platform infrastructure.

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, Bhaggo reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. Winnings derived from a technical error are not valid and will not be paid out.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Bhaggo platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Money laundering: Using Bhaggo to launder money or for any other illegal financial activity. Bhaggo complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider for a legitimate Bhaggo transaction. If you have a payment issue, contact Bhaggo support directly.
• Impersonation: Registering an account using another person's identity or personal information.
• Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or abusing Bhaggo staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use Bhaggo if you are under 18 years of age.

9 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Bhaggo account. This includes keeping your password confidential and ensuring that no other person has access to your login credentials. Bhaggo will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• Use a strong, unique password for your Bhaggo account that you do not use on any other platform.
• Do not access your Bhaggo account from shared or public devices.
• Log out of your account when you have finished your session, especially on shared devices.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Bhaggo support immediately and change your password.

Bhaggo is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

10 Responsible Gaming

Bhaggo is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling behaviour, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. 11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Bhaggo platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of Bhaggo or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Bhaggo content without prior written permission.

Game content is owned by the respective game providers (such as JILI, Evolution, and Pragmatic Play) and is licensed to Bhaggo for use on the platform. Any unauthorised use of game content is a violation of both these Terms and the intellectual property rights of the relevant game provider.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bhaggo's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

• Bhaggo is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Bhaggo is not responsible for any interruptions to the platform caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events.
• Bhaggo does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or technical issues.

Nothing in these Terms limits Bhaggo's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Changes to Terms

Bhaggo reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at bhaggo.one/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of Bhaggo after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
